APE Products Inc. provides access to the apemedical.com web site to view and order the medical products and supplies distributed by APE Products Inc. subject to the conditions of use set forth below. You agree to read the Conditions of Use before using the site and agree to abide by the Conditions of use as follows:


Charges
APE Products Inc. charges a fee for its products. Retail prices and any current discounts are shown for each item. You are responsible for paying advertised prices and shipping charges for the products you select to purchase, unless you are a reseller buyer and have negotiated a contract for products. APE Products Inc. reserves the right, at any time, to modify prices for any products and will advertise the retail prices in the catalog and the online store for all products.

Prohibited Uses
You shall comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the products, and the content material. You are not permitted to use APE Products Inc. name, URL (apemedical.com), trademark or other material in any manner in connection with "spam" e-mail messages or newsgroup postings. For the purposes of the Conditions of Use, "spam" has the meaning generally understood among Internet users, and includes unsolicited electronic mail advertisements.

Links to 3rd Party Sites
Any 3rd party sites to which apemedical.com may link are not under APE Products Inc. control and we do not assume any responsibility or liability for any information, content, communications or materials available on such 3rd party sites. Absent express language to the contrary, APE Products Inc. does not intend links contained on the apemedical.com web site to be referrals to, or endorsements of, the linked 3rd party sites or the entities that operate them, and such links are provided only for convenience.

Represent and warrant
You represent and warrant that you have full right and power to enter into and perform these Conditions of Use, and that the purchase agreements you have made and will make to APE Products Inc. are true and complete, and you are over 18 years of age, have the right to enter into legally binding agreements, and have the full and complete right to agree to the Conditions of Use

Changes to the Products and the Site
APE Products Inc. reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue access to the web site at any time, including availability of any features, databases or content. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of such changes to the web site. We may also restrict access to parts of the web site.

Product Warranty
The products sold by APE Products Inc. are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing or material defects. There are no expressed warranties regarding expected product life or fitness of products for certain medical conditions. Most products will experience some normal wear and tear during the product's normal life time. All fabric materials, especially elastics and Velcro, over time and with repeated use can eventually lose their function. This varies somewhat depending on the conditions in which the product is worn and how care for the product and instructions to provide for cleaning and wearing are followed.

If a customer has a question concerning treatment of any medical conditions, the customers physician should be consulted. The information contained in this web site is for consumer education and not for self-diagnosis or treatment. If you have persistent pain, discomfort, inflammation or swelling, please consult your physician.

Return Policy
Within 30 days from date of purchase the item must be returned in original packaging and in new, not worn condition. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping costs. We recommend that the product be shipped using a method where proof of delivery can be determined. A refund or exchange will not be issued for products that are not received by APE Products, Inc.

An exception to this policy is in the event the product is found to be defective with a manufacturing or material defect or an incorrect size shipped instead of the product or size ordered by the customer, then the product will be exchanged, shipped at our costs and the customers return shipping costs will be refunded. We guarantee customer satisfaction.

If you are requesting an exchange for a different size, the shipping costs for the new size will be billed to the customer.  Please contact APE Products, Inc to receive an "exchange order" prior to return of the product and include the completed "exchange order" in your package.

Shipping Policy
The online store at apemedical.com offers United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping to customers. A variety of shipping schedules are offered. Prices are computed for all schedules for all items in your shopping cart at checkout time. The customer then selects the schedule that meets their delivery time and shipping cost needs.

RESELLERS ONLY: Shipping charges are computed on all items in the shopping cart. The assumption is that all products in the shopping cart will ship in one regular size (not oversize) box. For multiple products and large orders the shipping computed may be less or more than actual costs. To adjust for that condition, shipping costs for reseller orders will be determined FOB factory and overcharged shipping will be refunded to the reseller. In a like manner, undercharged shipping will be invoiced to the reseller for the unpaid difference. 

Regular shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays as regular shipping days.

Modifications to Terms of Use
APE Products Inc. may amend the Terms of Use at any time by posting amended Terms of Use to the web site. The amended Terms of Use shall be effective immediately upon posting to the site. We encourage you to review the Terms of Use frequently
